Tiger Skin Roulade |
23gm icing sugar, sifted
23 gm cornflour, sifted
200 gm egg york
50gm castor sugar
Method
1 Preheat oven to 220c, line a 9x 13" roulade pan.
2. Sift together icing sugar and corn flour, set aside.
3.Wisk together egg york and sugar until thick and pale,
fold the sifted flour into the batter.
4. Spread over the pan and place into the preheated oven and bake
for around 6 minute or until the surface present tiger skin like.
5.Remove and roll up the rould up the roulade with a parchment paper.
Leave to cool completely before unrolling it and spread filling into the roulade.
Roll back the roulade and leave to set.
